Refunds, Returns & Exchanges, Cancellations and Discounts


Refunds


We aim at making each transaction on our website smooth. All purchases/orders are checked thoroughly for any defects by our Quality Control team prior to dispatch.


As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.


Our garments are handmade/ embroidered by skilled artisans. Any variations that occur during this hand process enhance the unique quality of the product and are not to be treated as defects.


Before making your payment, we request you to verify with care the size chart and details of the product you are finalizing for your purchase. If for some reason we are not able to ship your purchase, we will intimate the same to you on your email ID registered with eeshvaindia.com along with correctional measures that would be undertaken at such an event.


In the unforeseen event where the garments arrive damaged, we request you to email us with a picture of the damaged garment at hello@eeshvaindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once our team checks the matter and acknowledges your email, a reverse pickup will be initiated.


For international orders, the customer has to arrange to send back the purchase in order to be eligible for a refund.


Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

To return your product :


  1. Please send us an email request with the reason to return the product to hello@eeshvaindia.com within 15 days of the receipt of the order.
  2. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up at no extra cost within India. For international orders, the customer has to arrange to send back the purchase in order to be eligible for return.
  3. Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a quality check. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged by you. The returned product must contain labels, tags, receipts, and another packaging with which the product was sent to you. 
  4. All returns will only be on a credit basis only. A credit note will be sent to your registered email address amounting to the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
  5. You can use the credit to purchase any product listed on our website with a validity of 1 year.
  6. We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request.
  7. Please note that items of Sale and Fabrics are not eligible for returns/exchanges.


Disclaimer

 

In the artful process of hand block-printing, embroidery work, and stitching, variations are likely to come into existence. These irregularities are the hallmark of all handmade products and give each style a unique identity.

 

A slight difference in color from the visible product image is possible. There are times when a camera or a computer monitor cannot match the perspective of an eye. The slight difference is unavoidable.

 

However, if the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

  

Cancellations

 

We do not consider the cancellation of an order after 2 hours from receiving the order. 

There will be no cash or online payment refund for the cancellation of the order.

You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our website. The validity of the credit note will be 1 year from the date of issue of the credit note.

 

Discounts

All eligible discounts running at a given point in time are not applicable on sale items.
